The Vernet Behringer HDS lines are specially designed for drilling, milling and marking rectangular tubes and profiles from 1.6 x 1.6 in to 39.3 x 11.8 in section. They can be combined with a band saw and/or a shearing unit. These lines offer a unique versatility on the market.

suitable for processing small angles (especially when using the optional shears), square tubes from 1.6 x 1.6 in and H-profiles up to 27.5 in width and more! Possibility of processing steel profile systems for doors and windows.

Avoid manual tasks
with the milling of slotted holes and free shapes, processing of slots in tubes, flanges notching etc. The CNC controlled clamping system with 5.9 in stroke allows optimal clamping of workpieces during machining, guaranteeing optimum tool life and performance.

The robust design of the machine minimises vibrations and ensures the longest possible tool life and optimum durability of the machine elements. The service life of the machine is significantly increased.

Monitor your production
User-friendly and powerful software suite allowing the optimization of your bar stock, the import and easy programming of your parts, the addition of information on your parts such as coding and slinging indications, manage and optimize your scrap stock. Make your machine communicate with your ERP.

Identify your parts and indicate assembly positions
with the exclusive V-scoring system. It is extremely fast, silent and low in operating costs. The markings are still clearly visible after painting or galvanising.
