Designed for cutting profiles, pipes and solid material in metal and comparable materials, this machine is specifically designed to address the needs of locksmiths and metalworking shops. The miter setting is equipped with convenient fixed stops at 90°, 45° and 30°. The 450 mm diameter saw blade used offers a wide cutting range - also for miter cuts.

The heart of the PSU miter saw unit is the worm gear unit with Eisele shock-absorbing feature, produced in-house. It is heavy duty and provides for a smooth, low-vibration running of the saw, which, of course, has a positive impact on the quality of the cutting surface and the blade life.

Sturdy machine base
The heavy machine stand and the vibration-damping cast iron components made by Behringer ensure a low-vibration sawing process and thus an increase in tool life.

High cutting quality
Workpiece clamping on both sides of the saw blade ensures a clean cutting surface and low tolerances.

Robust and durable
The heart of the PSU saw units is a worm gear unit with Eisele shock-absorbing feature, produced in-house. The robust design of the gearbox consistently dampens vibrations. This ensures a good cutting surface, long saw blade life and a long service life of the saw.

Convenient mitre adjustment
The mitre angle is easy to set thanks to the well thought-out design with the saw unit at the bottom. In addition, fixed stops at 30°, 45° and 90° are provided as standard.

Micro spray system
When sawing profiles, pipes and solid material, the standard minimum quantity lubrication system delivers the best results. The saw blade is constantly moistened with cutting oil via a nozzle. This guarantees a long tool life and a clean working environment.
