The HBM400ALU-Z aluminum band saw is consistently designed for the cost-effective, high-performance cutting of aluminium and non-ferrous metals. It enables maximum cutting speeds whilst reducing cycle times, thereby meeting the demands of modern series production.
The optimized machine design and the use of a thin saw blade significantly minimise the kerf and material loss. This ensures stable processes, conserves resources and sustainably improves efficiency.
Short non-productive times and fast, parallelized processes further increase overall output in the production process. The enclosed machine housing, with a direct connection to extraction systems, ensures clean processes and a high level of operational safety – enabling reproducible cutting quality in aluminum processing

The machine enclosure is designed as standard for high-performance chip extraction. Sealed covers and designated air intake points enable the targeted collection of chips, dust, and oil mist. This ensures that these substances are effectively captured and directly removed—promoting clean working conditions and reliable sawing operations.
