PG SERIES MARKING, PUNCHING & DRILLING MACHINES:
The PG series machines are inexpensive, powerful and fast, while combining at the same time operations such as marking, punching, drilling, pop marking, deburring and tapping for working on large-size plates and gussets (up to 78.8" x 39.4" x 1.57"). The PG range is designed to provide high productivity while satisfing most requirements in a structural steel workshop.
STANDARD FEATURES:
The machine layout, comprising clamp-holder carriage in the throat, is designed for a particularly efficient output and very simple parts loading and unloading. CNC control of the machine is from an ergonomically designed console utilizing a Pentium PC and 14" display terminal.
- Tool holder turret designed to hold five punches and one marking tool
- X-Y axis positioning by brushless servo motors with encoder and tachometer
- Movable beam and gusset holder carriage with five hydraulic clamps guided on precision ground shafts.
